Delivery Process
Thank you for choosing Mughal Autos.
Once you have selected your desired products, proceed to checkout. During this process, you will have several payment options, including:
- Cash on Delivery
- Bank to Bank Funds Transfer
- Debit/Credit Card
After choosing your payment method and placing your order, our team will call you to confirm your order.
Your parcel will be shipped via TCS or Trax and should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Mughal Autos offers a 7-day checking warranty for all products, covering any faults or functionality issues.
Return Terms
We have streamlined our return process to make it as easy as possible for you. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- You did not receive the product shown.
- You received the wrong size.
- You received the wrong color or product.
Additional conditions for returns:
- The item must be unused and in good condition.
- The packaging must be in its original condition.
- The item should work perfectly.
If Mughal Autos is at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
